In March 2021, Alfred Thomas Property purchased this 4 bed, 1 bathroom mid terrace in Colne, Lancashire.

Internally, the property was in need of significant renovation. In order to ensure the highest return on investment from this property we carried out significant remodelling internally, in order to create 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

At the beginning of 2022, shortly after the renovation was completed, we agreed a 7 year lease contract with a social housing provider resulting in a healthy return on investment of 32%.
