In September 2021, Alfred Thomas Property purchased this 2-bed bungalow prior to auction.

Although structurally sound, the property had not been updated for many decades. In order to fully restore the bungalow, we reconfigured the internal walls to create a third bedroom. We also lifted the roof off the rear view of the property to create a vaulted ceiling with Velux windows and incorporated a large open plan kitchen and dining room with large patio doors. Everything internally was ripped out and replaced. The re-fit was challenging given the scope off the project, but the end result speaks for itself.

This property went on the market in March 2022 and within weeks was sold for over the asking price with a return on investment of 35%.
