In Autumn 2022, Alfred Thomas property purchased this dilapidated, detached, chalet bungalow in need of significant restoration.

As the current floorplan was limited we applied for planning permission to create a large single story extension in to the back garden area, resulting in a large open plan living and kitchen area with large patio doors giving an indoor/outdoor living experience.  

We also removed the low ceilings on the second floor to create dorma windows and higher vaulted ceilings that ventured into the loft space.
